Community Guidelines
Welcome to Haerd — a community built on authentic connection through voice. To keep Haerd safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow these guidelines.
1. Be Authentic
- Use your real voice — no impersonations, AI voices, or deceptive recordings.
- Share only content that truly represents you.
2. Be Respectful
- Treat others with kindness. No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Avoid discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, orientation, disability, or background.
- Remember there's a real person behind every voice.
3. Keep It Safe
- Do not share explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate audio.
- Don't pressure others to share personal information (like addresses or financial details).
- Never record or share another user's voice messages outside Haerd without their consent.
4. Protect Your Privacy & Others'
- Only share what you're comfortable with.
- Respect others' privacy — no doxxing, stalking, or spreading private content.
- If you meet someone offline, take precautions and put your safety first.
5. No Spam or Misuse
- Don't use Haerd for advertising, promotions, or scams.
- Avoid sending repetitive, irrelevant, or unwanted voice notes.
- Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the app.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
- If you encounter harmful behaviour, use the report or block feature immediately.
- Our moderation team may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines.
- Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent removal.
