3. Voice Content & User Conduct

Since Haerd is voice-based, you agree to:

• Only upload and share voice recordings you create.
• Not use synthetic voices, deepfakes, or AI-generated voices to mislead others.
• Not share harmful, offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or illegal content.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Not record or distribute others' voice content outside Haerd without their consent.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content or accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Safety Disclaimer

• Haerd does not conduct criminal background checks.
• We encourage you to act cautiously when interacting with other users.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions, both on and off the app.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the voice recordings and content you create.
• By posting on Haerd, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and share your content solely for the operation of the service.
• Haerd's trademarks, brand, design, and software remain our property.

6. Payments & Premium Features

• Haerd may offer free and paid features.
• If you purchase premium services, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and subscription rules shown in the app.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play). Refunds are subject to their policies unless required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Misuse the app or create safety risks.

You may delete your account at any time in your settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Haerd provides the service “as is” and makes no guarantees about matches, relationships, or outcomes.
• We are not liable for damages arising from interactions between users.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haerd disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of Haerd is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
